Breaking New Ground in Development

At FGM, we are pioneers in the field of development. Our company has helped to define processes for situations never before faced by developers of command and control systems. Specifically, we’ve developed a process to fully test and certify a capability without physical access to the hosting environment. We have demonstrated the ability to engineer, develop, and integrate mission capabilities from incomplete and evolving program processes.

Our Work with the FDCE Program

FGM has been a key contributor in the development of net-centric testing procedures for command and control services. We have provided system engineering to derive the Federated Development and Certification Environment (FDCE) for the Net Enabled Command Capability (NECC) program. The FDCE is a virtual and collaborative information sharing solution that successfully addresses the challenge of developing and certifying net-centric capabilities in support of today’s warfighters. FDCE consolidates processes, tools, infrastructure, workflow, and governance for maturing software components from initial development to operational use and fielding.
