The FGM Solution
ESM is both an internal and external monitoring capability which monitors and reports the uptime and performance of an organization’s web services, websites, or network resources from an end user perspective. We access your website from outside the network to simulate real user transactions as often as every minute and from multiple locations around the globe. Trending data provides critical information for ongoing site optimization and performance improvements.
GlobalMonitor
Offers simple web service, website, and network resource monitoring to view performance and monitor and display uptime. Utilizes a protocol-based test at configurable intervals to ensure the operational readiness of your net-centric environment. Can be scaled and deployed independently to increase global reach of monitoring.
OpenAgent
Operates within the service provider environment to passively collect performance metrics and status with no degradation in performance. Is both customizable and extensible to easily integrate into challenging environments, and has received full type accreditation for NIPRNet and SIPRNet by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
Web-Based Dashboard
Supports proactive management through a consolidated view of all performance and operational metric data collected by the GlobalMonitor and OpenAgent. Available 24/7 from any browser or mobile device.
Machine-to-Machine Communication
Grants users the option to leverage a direct interface to ESM to facilitate machine-to-machine communication.
Notifications
Provides subscriptions to service alerts that proactively notify users of any service interruptions, outages, or degradation in performance based on customizable thresholds. Alerts may be received via email or by SMS to any mobile device or desktop computer.
Rules-Based Engine
Utilizes a customizable and robust rules engine for assessing the operational status of services.
