GSA - Order Services Request Quote
Please document your requirements in a written Task Description and include the following items:
- Description of work to be performed
- Location of work to be performed
- Period of performance anticipated
- Deliverables or reports required
- Any special requirements (e.g., certifications, clearances, unique experience, travel, purchases)
- Labor category descriptions.
Forward the Task Description by email contracts@fgm.com or fax (703.885.1000). Please include your name, branch/agency affiliation, phone number, and fax number or e-mail address. We will provide a written estimate for the order, and our Contracts Manager will contact you (and any subcontractors involved) directly to obtain the contract authorization.
