As Vice President of FGM’s National Security Solutions Division (NSS), Mr. Fowle
leads FGM’s portfolio of programs focused on the Intelligence Community (IC),
the Information Operations (IO)/Cyber-Security(CS) Community, the Department
of State (DoS), Homeland Security (HLS), and the International Humanitarian Demining
Community.
Mr. Fowle has 22 years of professional experience in the Information Security and
Information Technology fields. He has successfully executed Information Technology
(IT), Information Security/Information Assurance (IA), and Chief Information
Officer (CIO) programs for Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence
Community clients. He is an experienced program manager, business developer,
strategic planner, and technical subject matter expert in Information Assurance/Cyber-
Security domains, including vulnerability/risk assessments, security policy development,
and certification and accreditation (C&A) functions, as well as IT network
design, deployment and operations.
Prior to joining FGM, Mr. Fowle was the Executive Vice President of Aspiration
Software where he led strategic planning, business development and business
operations management activities. Prior to that, Mr. Fowle was a Senior Associate
at Booz Allen Hamilton in the Global Security and Assurance & Resilience teams.
There he led Booz Allen’s Information Technology, Information Security/Information
Assurance and Chief Information Officer programs for the National Geospatial
Intelligence Agency (NGA) and other clients in the Intelligence Community.
Previously, he was a business development and program manager at Raytheon Technical
Services and Hughes Technical Services Companies. There, his work focused
on delivering a variety of IT, InfoSec and operations/management support services
to the DoD and IC.
Mr. Fowle holds a variety of IT and IA/Cyber certifications, including:

Mr. Fowle holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from University of Maryland, College
Park where he was the president of the University of Maryland Chapter of Chi
Epsilon, the National Civil Engineering Honor Society.
